The lineup was paved with varying levels of talent, but it was a local pack of groms that stole the spotlight. It was competitive atmosphere to say the least — due in part to the groms’ mothers who were out in full force cheering on their kids.
At the end of the 20-minute expression session, the kids were psyched as a little competition brought out the fiercer side of them. It is safe to say everyone had a good time and one kid in particular, who earned himself a FREE pair of Huckleberrys.
It is summer time and the living is easy. School is out for the summer, which means the beaches are starting to pick up and the parking spaces are starting to look a bit more on the snug side.
The second stop of the Tour just wrapped up Wednesday with yet another solid turnout. We made the trek southward to the slow-rolling beach break of Del Mar and featured the Fulcrum Surf Camp.
There were no shortage of waves on this day. The conditions provided ample amounts of surf and the early morning featured glassy peaks, which was perfect for the competition.
Everyone brought their A-game but it was 11-year-old, Toon, earned himself a FREE pair of shades and some other goodies as well.
If you’re in the area and frothing for a little competitive surf, be sure to cruise by our tent NEXT Wednesday, June 24th as we will be hosting the 3rd stop of the Bro-Mo Tour!
See ya guys out there.
