I always tell Brendi she should change her motto to: “where PR equals personal relationships.” She is great at what she does and she truly goes above and beyond for her clients. When I started the Berry Best Chocolate Fest, we had a goal of getting 1500 attendees; thanks to Lee and London, we got close to 3,000 attendees. With a line around the block to get in, Brendi and her team didn’t hesitate to jump in where needed, which in this case was helping to man the ticket booth up front. Even though it wasn’t in their scope, they never uttered one complaint. They are great at PR, but more importantly, they are just great people.
