Brendi has 15 years of experience developing and managing strategic communications and media relations campaigns; from managing multimillion-dollar accounts and counseling Fortune 500 corporations, to launching start-ups for clients in a wide range of industries, including special events, action sports, technology and consumer products. A graduate of the prestigious Grady College of Journalism at the University of Georgia, Brendi’s background as a writer gives her a distinct perspective on PR and media relations, enabling her to craft story angles and news hooks for clients that get attention and get covered. Brendi has secured coverage for her clients in local and national media outlets such as USA Today, Rolling Stone, Glamour, the New York Times, “Good Morning America,” BusinessWeek and Forbes, to name a few. Brendi has developed a reputation among her clients as a strategic and creative thinker, expert writer and crisis counselor.
Prior to starting Lee & London, Brendi co-founded the lifestyle PR agency Limelight Public Relations and prior to that spent five years in the San Diego office of global PR firm Porter Novelli, working both in public affairs and on the company’s national media relations team. Brendi has a strong background in campaigns for major Calif. ballot initiatives and has worked in partnership with numerous local and state agencies on press conferences, ribbon cuttings and groundbreakings. Her background as a writer gives her the ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines, while her experience in government relations has taught her the importance of leaving egos at the door and working as a team player.
Brendi’s experience includes strategic facilitation of branding and market positioning initiatives for emerging brands, as well as media and message training. Brendi has earned over a dozen industry awards for public relations, including several Silver Bernays awards and was a finalist for a national PRSA Silver Anvil. Brendi was named one of San Diego’s “40 Under 40” young entrepreneurs by San Diego Metropolitan magazine. In her spare time, Brendi continues to work as a freelance writer and is a professional oboist who plays regularly with the La Jolla Symphony.

Corinne comes to Lee & London from a PR firm in Hollywood, which focused on talent in film, television and music. Her experience working with celebrity clients, and her knowledge of the entertainment media, make her a natural addition to the Lee & London team. Since joining the L&L team, Corinne has earned media placements in NBC News BETTER, Digital Journal, People Magazine, Los Angeles Daily News, US Weekly, Daily Mail, Megyn Kelly Today, The Hollywood Reporter, LA Times, The San Diego Union-Tribune, San Diego Business Journal and more.
Prior to working in public relations, Corinne spent five years as a journalist for NBC San Diego as an assignment editor and web producer. She also ran the intern program, making her the perfect person to run Lee and London’s program. Corinne received her degree in sports journalism from Oklahoma State University and was a sports writer for several publications including Northwest Arkansas Newspapers and the Arkansas Democrat Gazette.

Leena studied music at California State University, Northridge, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree. After moving to Nashville in 2007 and spending several years pursuing a songwriting career, she ventured into the blogging world in 2012, when she launched her fashion blog, Leather & Lip Gloss. Leena’s blog has catapulted her career into the media field; she has written for sites like Life as Mama, opeeqo and Culture Trip, and has created content for several celebrity influencers. With an editorial background and experience in digital media, the field of public relations has recently weaved its way onto Leena’s resume and she has been assisting in the expansion of Lee & London throughout the greater Nashville area.
Chloe graduated from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo in 2015 with a B.S. in Journalism and a minor in Ethnic Studies. Chloe has worked in public relations and marketing roles for Brown Marketing Strategies, J. Walcher Communications and Lennar Real Estate. Chloe has also served as the Public Relations Manager of San Diego Pride since the 2017 parade and festival season and continues to volunteer her time throughout the year.
As an Account Manager, Chloe develops and implements comprehensive marketing plans that integrate and communicate all print, web, media, and event efforts of client brands and special events. Chloe has earned media coverage in The New York Times, Mashable, Billboard, LA Weekly, SF Gate, LA Times, ZD Net, Thrillist, LA Weekly, New York Daily News, Modern Luxury, The San Diego Union-Tribune, San Diego Magazine and more.
In her spare time, Chloe plays masters water polo, practices yoga and is an avid podcast listener.
Stephanie was born and raised in San Diego and graduated from San Diego State University in 2017 with a Bachelor’s in Communication. This educational background has provided Stephanie with skills to create quality writing for target audiences and develop relationships with the media through effective communication. It has also allowed her to understand marketing, SEO and social media and how they intertwine in the public relations field.
In her spare time, Stephanie likes to go to the gym, hang out with her family, and listen to music, anything from country to reggaeton. Stephanie also has a passion for photography, videography, and graphic design. She dreams of staying in San Diego and opening her own cafe.

Avery was born and raised outside of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She is a public relations major at San Diego State University. Avery currently manages her sorority’s social media accounts and has experience working on PR campaigns and planning special events. She loves public relations because it allows her to meet many different people including clients, colleagues, brands and influencers, and other PR professionals. She is excited to continue to learn and refine her skills in public relations, social media and digital marketing. When Avery is not in school or working, she can probably be found eating ice cream in her living room with her roommates, hanging out in a coffee shop or laying on the beach.
Taelor hails from the Pacific Northwest, where she studied strategic communications at Seattle University and earned a B.A. in 2016. Taelor played an active role at her school as a member of the women’s basketball team. After graduation, Taelor gained work experience through roles as an Event Planning Assistant with Ceres Roasting Company in Seattle, Washington and an then as an Assistant Outreach Strategist at her local church in San Diego.
At the end of this year, Taelor will graduate from Grand Canyon University with a Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in marketing. She believes that this will supplement her educational background and experience within the field of public relations. She dreams of one day leading a successful career as a publicist in entertainment.
When not helping to create positive brand image for dope businesses, Taelor gets her kicks by visiting her hometown of Portland, Oregon, catching matinees, reading fantasy novels, and watching her brother’s basketball games live or on TV!
Jennifer handles new business development and client services for Lee & London, building on her extensive career in sales and corporate recruiting. Prior to joining the agency, Jennifer was a senior recruiter at Starbucks for the company’s Western Regional Division. Jennifer is also a culinary expert, and was part of the founding duo of the popular gastro truck, the Gooch, which specialized in comfort food with a twist. The company was a fan favorite at every Chargers home game and appeared at top events and venues across the County including Green Flash Brewery and the San Diego Festival of Beer. Jennifer brings her extensive knowledge of hospitality and her successful career in sales and recruiting to her position as director of new business development. In addition, Jennifer serves as a mentor to staff, providing direction, training, development and motivation as well as overseeing team productivity.
Ollie is a transplant from San Francisco who is loving the laid back vibes here in sunny San Diego. As a junior puplicist, he’s responsible for providing cuddles, posing for instagram photos and sipping puppacinos during client meetings.
